Full specification/addenda prepared by our registered builder to enable accurate tender process. 

Full Working Drawings & Engineers Details

Comprehensive drawings & documentation to ensure accurate tender process.

Tender Submission & Analysis

Presentation of all construction documentation to relevant builders and subsequent analysis, enabling the client to make a valued decision of builder choice.

 

Contracts Administration & Independent Construction Progress Reporting

If required, our registered builder can provide independent construction advice during the various stages of construction, giving you the confidence that our expertise is still working for you through to completion.

In conjunction with our affiliated partners, we are also able to assist with advice on financial services, unit development, feasibility studies & syndications
